Authorized use

This system is provided by True Reach Group for authorized users only. Access is granted to you personally and may not be shared, and it is to be used only for the work True Reach Group has engaged you to do. Signing in confirms that you accept this notice.

Confidential and proprietary information

Everything on this system — reports, records, documents, lists and the way they are produced — is the confidential and proprietary property of True Reach Group and its clients. Do not copy, download, photograph, forward or disclose any of it to anyone who has not been authorized by True Reach Group to receive it, and do not use it for any purpose other than the work it was provided for. These obligations continue after your access ends.

Customer information (CPNI)

Some records contain client project records and contact details, including customer proprietary network information (CPNI) belonging to the telecommunications providers True Reach Group serves. That information is protected by federal law (47 U.S.C. § 222 and the FCC's CPNI rules at 47 C.F.R. § 64.2001 and following) and by those providers' agreements with True Reach Group. When you handle it:

• access only the records your role requires, and only to perform the service for which they were shared;
• keep it inside this system — do not export, email, message or store it elsewhere unless True Reach Group has approved that use;
• never use it for marketing or any purpose unrelated to the customer's own service;
• report any suspected loss, misuse or improper disclosure to Mike Shannon immediately.

What we record about you

To run the service and keep it secure, True Reach Group keeps your name, your work email address, your sign-in method (password and two-step verification device), and a log of sign-ins and significant actions with their date, time and network address. These records are used for security, support and audit, are seen only by True Reach Group administrators and, where required, its clients or legal advisers, and are kept for as long as your account exists plus the retention period required for audit. They are not sold or shared for marketing.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to run it: one that keeps you signed in for the session, one that protects forms against cross-site requests, and — only if you tick “remember this browser” — one that lets this browser skip the second step for 30 days. There are no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party scripts collect data about you here.

Consequences

Unauthorized access, or use of this system or its information outside these terms, may result in immediate loss of access, disciplinary or contractual action, and referral under applicable law.
